Called to have an inspection performed and was given an appointment for the next business day. The inspector arrived on time and was very kind, personable, and professional. Sampled every room in the apartment (walls, baseboards, windowsills, moldings, etc.) The whole inspection took about 30 mins for a 1 bedroom apartment. Results will be given in a day or so. They did a great job and I’m very happy with their level of service. Definitely recommend to anyone needing their home tested for lead.

The first part of the process with NYC Lead Inspections has terminated a few weeks ago in my six buildings. The access and testing part has gone very well and without a hitch due to great coordination between myself and NYC Lead Inspection front office representative. The inspector was great to work with as well. So far, a great experience as I await reports. Well recommended.
